Louis H Dumas
Louis H. Dumas was born in 1955 in River Rouge, Michigan, to Avery and Jeanette Dumas. After graduating from Southwestern High School in 1972, he pursued higher education, earning his Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University in 1979. His academic foundation in chemistry launched a career in advanced materials science.
Louis worked as a Development Chemist for several chemical companies, specializing in the formulation and development of sealants and adhesives used in automotive manufacturing. His expertise grew to include cross-functional collaboration with automotive project teams, where he contributed to implementing sealant and adhesive applications for new vehicle launches. His work helped integrate materials technologies into high-volume production environments.
In 2006, Louis earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, complementing his scientific expertise with formal training in business strategy and management. This combination enabled him to operate effectively at the intersection of product development, manufacturing execution, and organizational leadership.
His scientific career provided Louis with appreciation for design, order, and purposeful systems, perspectives that now inform his writing about biblical creation.
